30 days satisfaction guarantee!
We strive for customer satisfaction above all else. If within 30 days of receiving your gemstone(s) you become dissatisfied with your order, you may return it to us in original & undamaged condition. Gems may only be returned during this 30 day inspection period.
Before starting a refund we invite you to send us an email and contact us with your intention, so we can take care of your case and proceed in the best way for you.
Please do not refuse postal delivery, you can cancel an order before it has been shipped. If the order is refused after shipped, the customer shall bear responsibility for the full value of the items if lost and all brokerage charges and duties incurred upon its return.
Shipping, insurance and credit card processing costs are non-refundable.
There is so a 10% restocking fee applied on the checkout price to cover paypal fee and general expenses if an order was paid and then cancelled.
Shipping cost to deliver the gemstone and shipping fee to return the gemstone are under buyer responsibility and will not be refunded by BuyGems.
All refunds are made via the same method as payment received. Usually via Paypal.
