Beryl
It is a common mineral family that includes: emerald, aquamarine, morganite, heliodor, goshenite and bixbite. Usually it refers to yellow colored variety also called heliodor and green beryl. Golden yellow gemstone is usually called heliodor, it can ranges in colors from pale yellow to a brilliant gold hue. Unlike emerald, yellow beryl has very few flaws and is common to find it with eye clean clarity. Green Beryl is commonly eye clean or with minor inclusions, has a sage green color, more pale than an emerald. The green beryl is a popular gemstone because of its beautiful color and luster, it is commonly used in jewelry like heliodor or the most common and more expensive aquamarine and emerald. Morganite gems are becoming very popular duo to gems collectors and jewelers, but we sorted them in another specific category.
